Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment Terms
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Fulfillment Type: 100% Digital Delivery
Shipping Charges: $0.00 (Zero Physical Fees)

01. Digital-Only Fulfillment

FENZA SMP operates exclusively as a digital gaming platform. We do NOT sell or ship physical merchandise, boxed games, parcels, or tangible goods. Therefore, no physical shipments will be dispatched to your street address or postal mailbox.

02. Delivery Method & Mechanism

Upon verified checkout and payment gateway confirmation:

  • Our automated backend communicates directly with the FENZA SMP Minecraft server and Discord server.
  • Your purchased rank, cosmetic perks, or subscription benefits are assigned to the Minecraft Username (IGN) or Discord Account provided during checkout.
  • If you have linked your Discord account or provided your Discord username, relevant Discord roles and channels are synchronized automatically.

03. Delivery Timeframe

EXPECTED TIMELINE: Under standard operating conditions, ranks and digital perks are delivered instantaneously (within 1 to 5 minutes).

In cases of network congestion, payment gateway verification holds (e.g. international bank clearances), or scheduled server maintenance, delivery may take up to 15 to 30 minutes.

04. Player Requirements for Delivery

To ensure your digital goods are delivered promptly without delay, please ensure that:

  • You enter your exact, case-sensitive Minecraft in-game username (IGN) or Discord username at checkout.
  • Bedrock Edition players must include any server-assigned prefix if applicable.
  • You have joined our Discord community or logged into the FENZA SMP server so your account is registered.

05. Delayed or Missing Delivery Assistance

If more than 30 minutes have elapsed since payment completion and your perks have not appeared:

  1. Check that you received an order confirmation email and that the transaction was successfully debited.
  2. Ensure you reconnected or relogged into the Minecraft server to refresh your permission cache.
  3. Join our community Discord (discord.gg/fenza) and create a support ticket.
  4. Provide your Transaction ID / Invoice and Username in the ticket.

Our server administration team will inspect the gateway logs and manually assign your role immediately.

06. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Because delivery is executed purely electronically via the internet, there are zero shipping, courier, handling, or customs charges associated with any purchase on FENZA SMP.
