MOJANG DISCLAIMER: FENZA SMP is an independent community server. We are NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT and are NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft is a copyright of Mojang AB / Microsoft Corporation.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website (fenza.fun), connecting to the FENZA SMP Minecraft server, participating in our official Discord community, or purchasing any virtual in-game perks, supporter ranks, or roles, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Server Community Rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our website, leave our Discord community, and refrain from purchasing or accessing our server services.

02. Eligibility & Parental Consent

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to access our platforms or make purchases. If you are under the age of 18 or the age of legal majority in your country, you must have obtained the express knowledge, consent, and authorization of a parent or legal guardian prior to initiating any transaction on our store.

03. Nature of Virtual Goods (Digital Products)

All items, ranks, perks, and cosmetics sold through the FENZA SMP store are intangible, virtual digital goods intended exclusively for entertainment within the FENZA SMP multiplayer Minecraft server and its associated Discord channels.

  • Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value, cash surrender value, or investment status.
  • Virtual ranks cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred, traded, or resold to third parties.
  • All items are provisioned digitally and automatically; no physical packages or parcels will be delivered.

04. Server Rules & Zero Immunity Clause

CRITICAL NOTICE: Purchasing a supporter rank or perk does NOT grant you immunity from server moderation, warnings, mutes, kicks, temp-bans, or permanent bans.

All players on FENZA SMP are held to the exact same community standards. The following offenses remain strictly prohibited for all players regardless of rank:

  • Hacking, cheat clients, X-Ray packs, auto-clickers, or unauthorized automation scripts.
  • Griefing, stealing, or malicious destruction of other players' builds.
  • Harassment, hate speech, racism, discriminatory language, or severe toxicity in chat.
  • Exploiting server bugs or duping items instead of reporting them to the staff team.

If you are banned or disciplined for violating server rules, you forfeit access to your in-game perks for the duration of the punishment. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.

05. Orders, Billing & Payment Processing

All orders are processed through verified, secure payment gateways (including Stripe, Razorpay, Ko-fi, or PayPal). When making a purchase:

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete billing details and your exact, case-sensitive Minecraft or Discord username.
  • You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or account owner of the payment method used.
  • Prices are listed on our store and are subject to adjustment without prior notice.

06. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

Opening an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor without first resolving the issue with our support team constitutes fraudulent conduct and a direct breach of this agreement.

  • Any account linked to a chargeback will be automatically and permanently blacklisted from the Minecraft server, Discord server, and web store.
  • Associated player identifiers (Minecraft UUID, IP address, email, and Discord ID) will be reported to community fraud prevention and anti-chargeback databases.
  • We actively defend all valid transactions by submitting transaction receipts, connection logs, and proof of automated digital fulfillment to payment processors.

07. Service Availability & Gameplay Balancing

We work diligently to ensure 24/7 server stability. However, occasional interruptions, scheduled maintenance, game engine updates, or hardware migrations may occur. FENZA SMP does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

To maintain game balance, fair survival dynamics, and compliance with the Mojang Commercial Usage Guidelines, FENZA SMP reserves the right to modify, balance, or adjust specific rank commands, permissions, and cosmetic perks over time.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FENZA SMP, its owners, operators, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the server or any loss of virtual in-game data, items, or access.
